Mercer remains responsible for how the system performs. We do not pass responsibility between vendors or hide behind supplier claims.
Partner technologies are integrated hydraulically, mechanically, and operationally into Mercer systems—not bolted on as afterthoughts.
We partner only with technologies that have demonstrated real-world performance in demanding industrial environments.
Depending on the application, Mercer may supply partner technologies as OEM equipment, integrate them into packaged systems, or coordinate referral arrangements—always based on what best serves the client.
Technology Partners
Mercer utilizes a new chemical-free nanobubble conditioning technology that unlocks trapped oil, breaks stubborn emulsions, eliminates sulfides, and enhances oil recovery (EOR)—while removing the need for flotation systems and continuous chemical dosing in the toughest wastewater streams.
A non-ionic surfactant-flocculant that breaks oil–water emulsions, releases hydrocarbons from fine solids, and binds particles into fast-settling flocs, enabling efficient free-oil separation and solids removal inside Mercer’s separators.
Mercer embeds oil-selective polymer absorbent bead polishing directly inside its gravity separators to capture the hydrocarbons that won’t float—unlocking a new level of oil removal without chemicals, flotation, or added equipment.
A pneumatically assisted, disc-stack filtration system engineered specifically for oil-laden wastewater, using proprietary oleophobic polymers and high-energy air-water backflushing to deliver sustained uptime where conventional disc filters fail.
Many facilities don’t need another piece of equipment.
They need to understand whether they need to crack it, condition it, or catch it.That’s why every Mercer engagement starts with evaluation and testing. If a partner technology will not provide measurable value, we say so—before you spend a dollar.Free testing. Clear answers. Engineered accountability.
